Meet the team

As a Fellow of the ICAEW and also a long-standing member of the Institute of Directors, he has extensive experience both as a tax practitioner but also as a director in various industries.

His experience includes work in Hospitality, Healthcare and Construction where he has raised funding and developed multi-million pound businesses while ensuring stable governance. He has also worked in other fields such as Research, Development and Manufacture of specialist electronic equipment and exploitation of Intellectual Property, as well as supporting medical professionals and other professional service providers.

As manager of the accounts team, he oversees a broad portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to larger businesses, preparing both financial and management accounts. He also supports the tax department and acts as the first point of contact for new clients, carrying out initial consultations to understand their needs and how TWJ can best support them.

Justeline joined the team in October 2020 and currently serves as a Tax Manager specialising in Income Tax, holding a Master’s degree in Taxation. In her role, she provides clear, practical tax guidance and support clients in navigating complex income tax regulations while ensuring full compliance. she is committed to delivering accurate, thoughtful solutions and building strong, trusted relationships. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks, dancing, traveling, and farming, which help her stay balanced and energized.

Katrina’s role as practice bookkeeper involves managing financial records and streamlining bookkeeping processes for a range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Katrina facilitates the smooth financial operations in the day to day running of our clients’ businesses and is committed to continually enhancing financial accuracy and efficiency within the accounting function for both our practice and our clients.

In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, taking part in gym classes and loves live music concerts.

As front of house, she offers support through the onboarding process for new clients as well as providing on-going support to the accounts and tax team. Committed to building strong client relationships, she acts as a contact for company secretarial matters ensuring effective governance and compliance with Companies House. Also, for those clients wishing to take advantage of the optimum directors’ salary provides payroll taylored to suit. Finally, but not least, Vicky is the contact for TWJ’s tax protection service offered to all clients for both personal and business taxes.

Josh joined the business in 2025, he is a part qualified AAT Accounting Technician who is currently working towards being a Management Accountant with CIMA. He is also a Prince2 certified Project Management technician. In his spare time he enjoys competing in park runs and traveling the country to watch his local football team.

Emma is an experienced Accountant with a broad and diverse client portfolio, ranging from small owner‑managed businesses to larger entities operating at audit scale. She handles all aspects of statutory reporting and compliance, including financial accounts, tax returns, sole trader accounts, and VAT. Emma joined the firm in May 2022, bringing valuable experience from both practice and industry. Her previous roles include financial positions with a major LEGO video‑game developer and one of the UK’s leading concert promotion companies. Since graduating with an Accounting and Finance degree in 2016, Emma has developed a reputation for accuracy, reliability, and commercially informed advice.
