TWJ has grown from several accountancy practices that have amalgamated since the 1990's.
TWJ has grown from several accountancy practices that have amalgamated since the 1990's. Over the years, Jenkinson & Co from Oldham, Richard Whitehead from Lytham and Bolton, Teasdales and Bradshaws from South Manchester and Philip Swales & Co from Altrincham have joined the firm.
Within the team, we have a great cross-section and a wealth of experience gained not only from the accountancy profession, but from out there in the "real" world. We have experience from industry as well as from the profession, so not only can we deliver peace of mind by ensuring compliance with tax & company law, we are able to assist with real-world commercial issues.
In our experience, the best large clients have been incubated from well-run smaller ones and start-ups, so though we are able to service large commercial clients, we still see that "small is beautiful". We have business contacts across the world and have done business in North America and across Europe, where our connections have been able to help UK clients wanting to expand abroad or to help overseas clients develop and maintain a footprint in the UK.
